My wife and I always visit when we travel to Waynesboro. The food is meticulously prepared and fresh. The fajitas for two is incredible (and huge). Manager and wait staff are friendly and quick. The queso is large and of perfect thickness. The decor resembles a Mexican hacienda. What more is there to say. Our favorite Mexican restaurant in Virginia!
This place is cute. Life is about the photo opps. The food is decent. The menu is extensive. The specials are reasonable. Many plates are under $10. The burrito was delicious. Hubby enjoyed the fajita. It was a bummer not seeing the plate sizzle. Not all servers add that feature. My friend liked the chimichanga. There are two salsas served with the chips. Chips are just a vessel for salsa. Yum. The restaurant was spotless. The booths are comfy. The place was short staffed. Our server was quietly frazzled. I felt bad for him. Be alert when arriving/leaving. Not all drivers are cautious. Worth a visit.

This was my 2nd time here and it's hands down a great spot. Value, quality food and great service both times in a casual but fun atmosphere. Huge menu offers anything anyone could want. The portions are also huge! I got the fiesta lime chicken. The chicken was flavorful and juicy, definitely a favorite and will get it again. The chips are homemade, light and crispy! Highly recommend this spot - lots of parking, great for groups and kid friendly.
At first glance, it seems like a hokey Mexican place, but they really are loaded with authentic Mexican decor, it's a very unique feeling. I had the fajita taco salad, awesome as usual. The service was fast, and the food was excellent. I ate here before taking the Blue ridge parkway, a very scenic trip.

Roanoke offered the best APC for a long time...but there's a new contender in town. Very impressed with the service,, ambiance and food. Perfect pit stop right off the highway.
I'm pretty much guaranteed to love any place with a guac cart. Los Panchos is no exception. I've never had anything less than the best guacamole here. Fresh, chunky, spicy, and prepared to your liking right in front of you. Fiesta lime chicken is my go-to entree. I'm afraid I'm missing out on other amazing options but I just can't pass it up. The flavor profile just absolutely does it for me and it's always a beautiful piece of chicken. Bonus points for the free tequila shot they gave me on my birthday! 100/5 stars all in all.
